When am I financially committed to an order?

You are financially committed only after:
  • You have received a fixed, firm quote or estimate, and
  • You have provided clear electronic consent to proceed, such as clicking “Accept” on a QuickBooks or Xero estimate.
That approval creates a clear, auditable record for both parties.

What happens if I cancel after approving the estimate?

It depends on the stage of the order: If printing has not started: We charge a restocking fee to cover garments already ordered. If printing has started: We must charge the full invoice value, as the items are customized and cannot be resold. We are always transparent about when printing begins.

Do you charge for design work?

No. We provide professional custom apparel design completely free. If plans change and an order is cancelled before approval, there is no charge for design work. We deliberately take on that risk so you don’t have to.

Why was the company previously called 5 Cent T-Shirt Design?

The company was originally called 5 Cent T-Shirt Design because we charged $0.05 for T-shirt design. That philosophy has evolved into offering design completely free, with no obligation to proceed to production.
