Our Fulfillment Models
We offer two fulfillment options, depending on how your program operates.
Bulk Fulfillment (Consolidated Shipping)
Bulk fulfillment means all items are produced together and shipped in one or more boxes to a single destination.

Individual Fulfillment (Direct-to-Customer / Drop Shipping)
Individual fulfillment means each item is packed and shipped individually to named recipients.

How Individual Fulfillment Works
You have two options — and you can choose what works best for you.
Option 1: Customer-Provided Spreadsheet
If you already have recipient names, sizes, and addresses in a spreadsheet, you're welcome to provide it. We'll validate the data and fulfill the orders accordingly.
Option 2: Secure Order Intake Form (Optional, Recommended)
In line with our principles of respecting the customer and continuous improvement, we also offer a secure intake form. Authorised recipients submit their own size selection and shipping address. Once submitted, we handle printing, packing, and shipping internally.
This option eliminates chasing recipients for information, manual data entry, spreadsheet version control issues, and transcription errors.
You don't have to use it — but many customers do, because it removes stress.
